Mr. Bowman held several senior-level positions throughout his investment banking career at Merrill Lynch, including vice chairman of Investment Banking and president and chief executive officer of Merrill Lynch Ventures group. He retired in 2002 and currently manages his own company, Traverse Park Ventures. Through the Foundation, he has established an endowment to support a fellowship in breast cancer research.
