'Sister Study' Recruits Thousands, Investigates Causes of Breast Cancer
In 2004, federal researchers started recruiting women to be part of the Sister Study, a long-term, nationwide study looking at how a woman's genes and environment might affect her chances of getting breast cancer. Now, they've also embarked on a new project, the Two Sister Study, which will focus on women who develop breast cancer at a young age.

Learn more about the studies and find out about two sisters, Tina Hall and Wanda Willis, who are participating in the research.
